Learning & depth
Pick a track and hours — first hour scores highest, extra hours still pay well so long study days offset light days. 6h+ total study (track + problems) adds a volume bonus; 8h+ stacks an extra bonus.
Daily study (any hours on track or problems) builds your Study streak in the header — extra XP the longer you stay consistent.
Physical
Intensity scales the session’s base XP (T2 = baseline). Quality bonuses stack on top.
Social & life metrics
Cutting / tracking diet is weighted high. Target ~1500 kcal · Hit 10k daily when you can — streak rewards stack for consistent movement.
Discipline (honor system)
Self-report only; counts when checked. Pairs with the hard stuff (study, diet) above cheap dopamine.
